Privacy Notice

This notice explains how JAVISREVENGE, the operator of javisrevenge.com, handles personal information. Questions and privacy requests may be sent to javisrevenge@gmail.com.

Information we collect

When you use Google to create or access an account, we receive your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image. We store account creation and recent sign-in times and your email-notification choice. We do not receive or store your Google password.

If you contact us or submit a tip, we process the information and files you choose to provide. Hosting, security, and service providers may also process ordinary technical data such as IP address, device/browser data, request times, and logs.

How we use it

We use account information to authenticate you, secure member-only pages, provide account controls, prevent abuse, respond to requests, and—only if you opt in—send site updates. We do not sell personal information.

Service providers

We use Google for sign-in, Vercel for hosting and private data storage, and Resend for opted-in email delivery. Social content from X or Instagram loads only after you choose to enable it; those providers then process data under their own policies. Anonymous-tip messages may be processed by Google Forms, and uploaded files by Vercel Blob.

Retention and security

Your account record is kept while your account remains active. You may delete it from the Account page. We may retain limited records where necessary for security, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. We use encrypted connections, HTTP-only signed session cookies, private storage, access controls, and data minimization, but no online service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can turn emails off at any time, use an unsubscribe link, sign out, or delete your account. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or obtain a copy of personal information, and to appeal or complain to a privacy regulator. Send requests to the email above; we may need to verify your identity.

Children

This service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. Contact us if you believe a child has created an account.

Changes

We may update this notice as the site changes. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
